On the afternoon of December 4th, Changzhou Hope Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hope Electronics”) jointly held a unique and eye-catching “New Concept of Health” special lecture with Jiuyue Hospital. The company’s chairman, Mr. Huang Ke, and all the employees participated in this lecture. This was not only a dissemination of knowledge, but also demonstrated the company’s deep concern for the physical and mental health of its employees. The aim was to deeply embed the concept of “Health First for All Employees” in the corporate culture, helping every employee face the challenges of work and life in the best condition, and work together, in the same direction and step by step, to create a sustainable future.

1.Focus on cognitive upgrading: Reconstructing the concept of health and enhancing self-management awareness
The lecture began by fundamentally refreshing the concept of health, presenting the scientific understanding that the natural lifespan of humans can reach 120 to 149 years. It emphasized the importance of setting clear health goals. President Tan pointed out that the reason why people in reality fail to reach their expected lifespan is mainly due to the continuous “life deductions” caused by bad living habits, such as staying up late, improper diet, and emotional stress. This profoundly inspired the employees: Health management is like business management; it requires goals and planning.
The company is striving to strengthen the awareness of “being the first responsible person for one’s own health”, advocating that employees pay attention to physical signals such as headaches, insomnia, and shoulder and neck pain, and establish daily self-examination habits, starting with “self-awareness” to begin health management.
2.Deepen professional insights: Analyze the causes of health issues and provide intervention strategies
The lecture comprehensively and systematically analyzed the three main causes of health problems and provided employees with a clear self-management map:
1️⃣External factors (environment): By wearing appropriate clothing and adjusting daily routines, the invasion of pathogenic factors (especially wind pathogen) can be directly blocked.
2️⃣Internal factors (emotions): Managing excessive “seven emotions” well, maintaining emotional stability and smooth qi and blood circulation, can prevent diseases such as nodules.
3️⃣Internal and external factors (diet and lifestyle): Adjusting the diet structure, controlling the intake of oil, salt, sugar and protein, and consuming more local seasonal ingredients.
In response to the common problems of fatty liver and high blood lipid levels found in the company’s all-staff physical examination in August, Director Tan clearly pointed out that the root cause lies in long-term dietary imbalance and insufficient exercise, and emphasized the need to establish a “treat minor diseases as major ones” attitude and carry out early lifestyle intervention. He also used the theory of qi and blood in traditional Chinese medicine to vividly explain the development process from local qi and blood congestion to the formation of nodules and even more serious diseases, enabling employees to have a deep understanding of the health logic behind the physical examination indicators.
3.Integrate into cultural genes: Build a comprehensive health support system
