Role: Rapid inspector for mass-production small-to-medium high-voltage components such as DC-DC converters and high-voltage connectors.
Main Functions: All-in-one test for hipot, insulation resistance and ground continuity; equipped with no-load mis-test protection; supports 4-wire low-resistance measurement; standard PLC interface for direct connection to automated production lines.
Pain Points Solved: Complete multiple safety-test items in one step at the component off-line stage, eliminating frequent switching among separate instruments and improving production-line takt time.
