Programmable DC electronic load HT8601/HT8122 belongs to the HT8XXX series, a precision programmable DC electronic load powered by high-performance microprocessor. It adopts a 3.5-inch TFT true-color LCD with bilingual Chinese and English menus for straightforward operation.
It supports 4 core operation modes (CC/CV/CR/CW) together with 10 extended functional modes for flexible test setup.
Equipped with full-range protection mechanisms: over-temperature, over-current, over-power, over-voltage and loop oscillation protection to safeguard DUT and instrument during long-duration tests.
This HT8XXX E-load provides RS232, LAN, USB and analog interfaces, enabling seamless integration into automatic test systems to satisfy diverse laboratory and production test demands.
DC Load Technical Features
This programmable DC electronic load provides 4 core working modes: CC, CV, CR and CW, together with 10 extended functional modes:
- DYNA: Dynamic test function
- OCP: Over-current protection mode
- BATT: Battery test mode
- EFF: Load effect mode
- SWEEP: High-speed dynamic frequency sweep function
- TIMING: Timing measurement function
- OVP: Over-voltage protection mode
- AUTO: Auto test mode
- LIST: Sequence programming function
The built-in comprehensive protection system includes over-temperature, over-current, over-power, over-voltage and loop oscillation protection to protect both DUT and the instrument during continuous testing.
DC Load Applications
This programmable DC electronic load features 500kHz high-speed voltage and current sampling rate, delivering high-precision voltage & current measurement. It provides fast loop response speed and current slew rate, with programmable single step up to 10μs.
