Overview
The HT3561A-60V Customized Battery Internal Resistance Tester is built to meet modern measurement demands in the battery industry. Featuring a high-performance microprocessor and four-wire measurement design, it works well for low-resistance batteries and high-capacity lithium battery packs, supporting rapid product sorting on production lines. It measures internal resistance and voltage synchronously for fast, stable results.
Backed by Hope Instrument Technology’s long-standing expertise in battery internal resistance testing, the HT3561A-60V Customized Battery Internal Resistance Tester delivers a resistance test range of 30mΩ~3KΩ (6 ranges), resistance display range 0.001mΩ～3.1000kΩ, voltage range 6V–60V (2 ranges), and test voltage display range 0.0001V–60.000V.
Equipped with RS232 and HANDLER interfaces as standard, the HT3561A-60V Customized Battery Internal Resistance Tester supports automatic battery measurement. Compared with the standard HT3561 20V battery tester, this customized version handles small battery packs under 60V with multi-channel testing capability.
Basic Function
The HT3561A-60V Customized Battery Internal Resistance Tester, part of the HT3561A series battery tester, measures battery AC internal resistance (AC-IR) and DC voltage DCV (OCV). Adopting the four-wire test method with high-precision, low-temperature drift and high-integration chip control loop, it delivers superior accuracy and stability for low-resistance measurements.
This tester comes with standard RS232/RS485 interfaces and optional LAN port, supporting SCPI and Modbus protocols. RS232 and RS485 support both SCPI and Modbus, while LAN supports SCPI protocol. A Handler (I/O) interface is built-in for seamless connection with automation equipment.
