The HT3563-24 multi-channel precision battery tester is a modular multi-channel IR & OCV testing instrument designed for battery manufacturing and laboratory R&D.
As an upgraded model in the HT3563 series, this multi-channel battery tester supports flexible channel expansion. Each measurement card delivers 12 independent test channels; users can configure the system as HT3563-12 or HT3563-24 according to production throughput needs.
The HT3563-24 multi-channel precision battery tester inherits the mature high-precision test circuit from the HT3563 platform. It can rapidly perform internal resistance and voltage sorting for up to 24 batteries simultaneously. This makes it ideal for integration into automatic battery sorting lines, batch cell inspection, and battery pack quality control.
For customers with lower throughput requirements, our HT3563-12 multi-channel precision battery tester offers the same measurement accuracy with 12 test channels.
