TC200 Continuity Test System
TC200 power continuity test system supplies stable DC current, logs current & temperature data, and controls DC power activation by temperature triggers for multi-current testing. It supports long-term, real-time multi-channel temperature monitoring.
Matched with thermal cycling chambers, this system tracks internal circuit continuity of multiple PV modules. It evaluates module fatigue resistance under alternating hot-cold conditions, verifies lamination process validity and solder joint stability to meet IEC61215 reliability requirements.
