HT3568/HT3568A Comprehensive Battery Tester adopts the four-wire measurement principle to measure battery internal resistance and voltage simultaneously.

The HT3568 series comprehensive battery tester is a high-precision, wide-range instrument controlled by a high-performance microprocessor. Built with cutting-edge battery test technology and industrial-grade design, it features a sleek appearance and powerful functions, delivering fast and stable measurement performance.
This tester supports multi-mode programmable testing for automatic test sequences. Compared with legacy test equipment, it can handle multiple test tasks at a single station and greatly boost testing efficiency. A single unit performs routine tests including battery charge and discharge, AC & DC internal resistance measurement, overcharge and overdischarge detection.
Equipped with abundant interfaces and communication protocols, it meets ATE system integration requirements. Having passed rigorous EMC electromagnetic compatibility tests, the instrument maintains stable operation under various harsh industrial conditions.

- The internal resistance range is 30mΩ～3Ω, the minimum resolution is 1μΩ, and the maximum display is 31,000 counts; the voltage range is 6V～30V, the minimum resolution is 0.1mV, and the maximum display is 60,000 counts
