HT3564 Tester Overview
HT3564 series battery testers are engineered to satisfy advanced measurement requirements within the battery industry. They are specially designed for low-resistance cells, large-format lithium battery packs and high-speed battery sorting on production lines.
The HT3564 series enables simultaneous high-speed measurement of battery internal resistance (IR) and open-circuit voltage (OCV). It delivers high resolution, outstanding stability and short test cycles. Featuring a compact build, powerful functions and multiple interfaces, this tester is ideal for product R&D and automated production lines.
Benefiting from Hopetech’s years of technical expertise in battery internal resistance testing, the HT3563A/B series achieves ultra-high resolution of 0.1μΩ with a minimum voltage resolution of 10μV.
As the high-voltage variant, model HT3564 battery tester supports a maximum test voltage up to 1000V.
Equipped with standard RS232C and handler interfaces, the HT3563 series supports fully automatic battery measurement with a maximum test speed of 50 readings per second.
This battery tester delivers stable measurement performance in harsh factory environments. Its AC four-terminal measurement principle effectively eliminates the influence of test lead resistance, ensuring accurate readings for low-impedance battery modules and fuel cell stacks.
The built-in grading function supports multiple bin settings for automatic battery sorting. Production operators can set independent upper and lower tolerance thresholds for internal resistance and open-circuit voltage. Once testing completes, the instrument outputs digital PASS/FAIL signals to cooperate with automated sorting systems.

HT3564 Multi‑Channel Expansion & Production Line Integration
This tester supports multi‑station parallel testing for automated battery production lines. It can communicate with PLC controllers, automatic sorting machines and industrial control systems via standard communication interfaces to realize synchronous testing across multiple stations.
Multiple units can be deployed on one production line to run parallel inspection for battery modules and packs, greatly boosting overall throughput for mass manufacturing. The multi‑bin comparator function outputs independent PASS/FAIL signals for each measuring station, enabling automatic grading and sorting of batteries.
