The channel scanning module is a dedicated built-in scanning module independently developed by Hopetech Electronics to meet mass and large-scale testing demands in the market. It matches the company’s DC resistance testers and battery testers to realize multi-channel switching resistance testing. The K series refers to built-in scanning cards, while the B series stands for external scanning boxes. Featuring high efficiency and reliability, they are ideal for switching test applications. Hopetech Electronics supplies standard upper computer software to complete data collection for all channels.
Multi-channel Resistance Scanning Module
Multi-channel Resistance Scanning Module is developed for automatic multi-point resistance measurement in mass production. This Multi-channel Resistance Scanning Module can be paired with DC resistance testers and battery testers to carry out sequential multi-channel switching tests. Two forms are available: built-in plug-in scanning card and external scanning box. Users can select relay or MOSFET switching to meet different test requirements. It comes with supporting upper computer software for centralized data collection and recording of all test channels, greatly improving the efficiency of batch resistance inspection.
Traditional single-point resistance measurement requires frequent manual wiring, which is time-consuming and prone to human error. Our multi-channel resistance scanning module solves this pain point by automatically switching test channels in sequence. Operators only need to finish one-time wiring setup, and the system will complete multi-point resistance sampling automatically. This design reduces labor cost and shortens the whole testing cycle for factory quality control lines.
