Multi Channel Resistance Scanning Module | High Precision Tester
This multi channel resistance scanning module delivers high-precision multi-point testing for industrial battery and electronic production lines.
Multi Channel Resistance Scanning Module
Our multi channel resistance scanning module delivers stable, high-speed multi-point resistance measurement for automated industrial test systems. Designed for battery and electronic component quality control, this scanning module collects resistance data from multiple test channels at the same time to boost production line testing throughput.
The channel scanning module is a special built-in scanning module for the Hopetech’s DC resistance tester, battery tester and insulation resistance meter to complete the multi-channel switching test developed by Hopetech Electronics in combination with the mass market and large-scale test needs, K series is a built-in scanning card, and B series is an external scanning box, which is efficient and reliable, and is very suitable for automatic testing. Hopetech provides standard host computer software to complete the data acquisition of all channels.

Multi Channel Resistance Scanning Module Main Features
Our multi channel resistance scanning module is built for automated resistance inspection during mass production. It supports synchronous multi-channel measurement and greatly improves testing efficiency versus single-point testers.
This scanning module delivers stable, repeatable resistance readings. It can be integrated into automatic test benches for battery cells, battery packs and precision electronic components. Users can configure test parameters, store measurement logs and export data for full quality traceability.
Designed with anti-interference hardware, the multi channel resistance scanning module operates reliably in noisy factory environments. Fast scanning speed matches your production line cycle time. It supports communication interfaces including RS485 and Ethernet for seamless connection with host control systems.
Common application scenarios include incoming material inspection, finished product quality testing and aging monitoring. Manufacturers deploy this module to quickly identify parts with abnormal resistance values, cut manual testing costs and improve product consistency.
