HT3544 multi-channel resistance tester features strong anti-interference for automation inline DC resistance testing.
HT3544 Description
The HT3544 multi-channel resistance tester is a new-generation instrument from Hopetech Technology. Each unit supports switchable 2-wire and 4-wire measurement modes. It provides up to 48-channel resistance testing in 2-wire mode and 24-channel resistance testing in 4-wire mode. Built on the proven circuit design of the classic HT3544 resistance meter, the HT3544-12 and HT3544-24 deliver excellent anti-interference performance, making them ideal to cooperate with automation equipment for automatic testing.
It features 0.02% basic accuracy, 0.1μΩ minimum resolution and maximum test current of 1A.
The measurement range covers 0.1μΩ ~ 3.3MΩ.
Anti-interference measurement is realized via port probe protection and increased test current.
An optional high-volume sorting buzzer enables reliable pass/fail judgment directly on production floors.
Equipped with RS232/RS485/LAN interfaces and EXT I/O port, the HT3544 multi-channel resistance meter fits perfectly for integration with ATE production lines to implement automated testing.

Application
The HT3544 applies widely to measure high, medium and low-value resistors, switch contact resistance, connector resistance, relay coil and contact resistance, winding resistance of transformers, inductors, motors and deflection coils, wire resistance, metal riveting resistance for ships and aircraft, as well as printed trace and hole resistance.
The HT3544 multi-channel resistance tester is specially designed for three-phase motor coil measurement, connector and wiring harness inspection, relay contact testing, and weld inspection of battery terminals.
