DP7000 Harness Tester Description
DP7000 4kV High Voltage Compact Wire/Cable Harness Tester delivers up to 3.5kV AC / 4kV DC, with a much smaller footprint than the 1st-generation high-voltage wire/cable harness tester. It supports distributed high-voltage wire harness testing for flexible deployment.
This DP7000 tester offers 2-wire & 4-wire measurement, precise OS testing, max 1A high-current conduction test, DCR test, LCR test, insulation resistance test, AC/DC withstand voltage test and ESD test.
The DP7000 wire/cable harness tester validates high-voltage connectors, cables, EV battery pack harnesses, automotive PDU control boxes, AC/DC charging guns and charging sockets. Its distributed version is widely deployed for cable & harness inspection on railway vehicle jumpers, electrical boxes and vehicle cabins.

Supports both 2-wire and 4-wire testing; any channel can be configured as an excitation or sampling terminal.
6 basic test modes (OS / DCR / IR / HIPOT / LCR / ESD) plus over 10 extended functional modes.
Features automatic graphic editing and point searching. The built-in multimeter works on any port.
Equipped with a multifunctional IO board to realize one-stop testing for charging guns and PDUs.
Built-in system self-test for equipment fault diagnosis.
4-wire conduction test with minimum resolution of 1 μΩ.
Insulation resistance test up to 50 GΩ.
Withstand voltage test with 8-level arc detection.
LCR test frequency range: 50 Hz ~ 10 kHz.
Max. 4 kV DC / 3.5 kV AC withstand voltage testing.
